Birth Doula-700.00

This service would include at least two prenatal visits where we will discuss concerns regarding the labor and birth process, birth preferences, and comfort measures if needed. I will be on call for you from 37wks0/7-42wks0/7. I will be supporting you from active labor through up to two hours after birth. I will then visit about a week after baby is home to reflect on your birth experience and address any concerns since arriving home with baby.

Breastfeeding Counselor-40.00/session*

This service is one on one session where we address any and all breastfeeding concerns: latching, pumping schedules, milk production, pump parts, feeding tools, milk storage, etc. Sessions set for 2 hours.

Postpartum Doula-750.00*

I physically, emotionally, and informationally support the entire family once baby is home. I can grocery shop, provide meal preparations, and perform light household chores for you. I can also provide hands-on help in caring for baby so you can get some rest. I use my training to assess the needs of other family members and provide care for them as well. New baby transitions can be hard on everyone, including siblings! I will provide evidence-based information and referrals on your specific needs if and when it is necessary. This service is available from birth to 1 year after new baby arrives. My package includes 4 hours a day for 7 days.

Childbirth Education-120.00/couple

This is an in-depth education class shared with up to 4 other couples on childbirth education: We would discuss such things as the different ways to give birth, body and hormone changes, pain management options, common hospital policies, pregnancy nutrition, stages of labor and delivery, and the first few hours after birth, and a range of other topics.
